What Cornerhold doesn't do yet.
Each comparison says these too, next to the product that does them.
Online rent payments
Cornerhold doesn't take rent online yet: no card, ACH or autopay. You record payments in the books, and owner distributions and vendor bills are paid outside Cornerhold.
Live bank feeds
You import bank files (OFX, QFX or CSV) and reconcile them with suggested matches. There is no live connection to your bank yet.
Portals on every plan
Tenant and owner portals start on the Firm plan.
A released iPhone app
The Cornerhold iPhone app isn't on the App Store yet. The website works on a phone in the meantime.
A custom report builder
The standard reports (trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, rent roll, aging, owner statements) export to Excel, PDF and CSV, but you can't design your own yet.
Trust accounting
There is no trust accounting for managers who hold owner funds in trust accounts.
QuickBooks Online sync
Live sync with QuickBooks Online is coming. Today you import QuickBooks Desktop or Online export files.
A public API
Cornerhold has no public developer API.
How these pages are made
- Every fact about another product links to the company's own public page, with the date we read it.
- Prices are monthly list prices for three portfolios of 25, 100 and 400 suites, with the math shown. Where a company doesn't publish a price, the page says so, and estimates are marked.
- "Not listed" means the pages we read don't mention a feature, not that the product can't do it.
- Cornerhold's own prices come from its pricing page, and what it doesn't do yet is said on every page.
Facts about other products come from their public pages on the dates shown; tell us if something changed.
