Cornerhold vs Re-Leased for commercial property.

Re-Leased is the product closest to Cornerhold in shape: commercial first, with lease administration, CAM and AI that a person reviews. The differences are in how each keeps the books, how the AI shows its work, and how you buy it. Checked October 23, 2026, from public pages linked at the foot of the page.

Who each is built for
Re-Leased
Commercial property owners and managers. Its US site names owner-operators with 5 to 50 or more properties and management firms with 20 to 500 or more.[2]
Cornerhold
Owners of commercial property and the firms that manage it for them: retail centers, offices, industrial and single-tenant net-leased buildings, on NNN, NN or modified gross leases. One building is enough to start.

Where Re-Leased is ahead.

  • Rent paid online

Re-Leased Pay is in Core and Pro, and Re-Leased handles owner and contractor disbursements. Cornerhold doesn't take or send payments yet.[1]

  • Percentage rent with tenant sales

Re-Leased captures tenant sales and calculates percentage rent with breakpoints. Cornerhold records the clause but doesn't calculate it.[2]

  • Your accounting system, and trust accounting

Re-Leased connects to Xero, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks and NetSuite, and offers trust accounting. Cornerhold keeps its own books, has no trust accounting, and its QuickBooks Online sync isn't live yet.[1][2]

  • AI that works your inbox

Credia Action reads tenant and supplier emails and suggests tasks, work orders and replies for approval. Cornerhold's AI doesn't read email.[3]

  • Unlimited users and custom reports

Core and Pro have unlimited users, Pro saves up to 100 custom reports, and SSO and an API are add-ons. Cornerhold limits staff seats below its Firm plan, has no custom report builder, and has no public API.[1]

  • A longer track record

Re-Leased says more than 375,000 leases are managed on its platform, across several countries. Cornerhold launched in October 2026 and serves the US only.[1][4]

Also not in Cornerhold yet

  • Live bank feeds. You import bank files (OFX, QFX or CSV) and reconcile them with suggested matches. There is no live connection to your bank yet.
  • Portals on every plan. Tenant and owner portals start on the Firm plan.
  • A released iPhone app. The Cornerhold iPhone app isn't on the App Store yet. The website works on a phone in the meantime.

Where Cornerhold is ahead.

  • Lease reading on every plan

Cornerhold reads leases with two AI readers on every plan. At Re-Leased, lease extraction is part of Credia Plus, a paid add-on, and its US pricing page lists leases as coming soon.[1][3]

  • The AI shows its work, page by page

Cornerhold's two readers, from different companies, read each lease separately; every answer quotes the lease with its page, and where they disagree you see both before you approve. Re-Leased says extracted data comes ready for review and Advise answers link to their source.[3]

  • Books built in

Cornerhold keeps double-entry books per owner entity, with bank reconciliation and period close, so the CAM, the rent roll and the ledger are one system. Re-Leased's US pages lead with connections to outside accounting software.[1][2]

  • Base years, stops and gross-up

Cornerhold applies base years and expense stops, gross-up and three kinds of caps per lease. Re-Leased's US commercial page lists fixed CAM caps and doesn't mention base years or gross-up.[2]

  • Prices you can see

Cornerhold publishes its prices. Owner and Owner Plus start with 14 days free, without a card. Re-Leased asks you to request pricing for every plan.[1]

Who should pick which one.

Re-Leased is the better pick if

  • You want tenants paying online, and owners and contractors paid out, today.
  • You keep your books in Xero, Sage Intacct or NetSuite and want to stay there.
  • You have retail percentage rent with tenant sales reporting.
  • You need trust accounting, single sign-on, an API or DocuSign.
  • You operate outside the US, or you want a vendor with years of commercial customers.

Cornerhold is the better pick if

  • You want the books, the rent roll and the CAM in one system, without a separate accounting package.
  • You want AI lease reading on every plan, with the page behind each term.
  • Your leases have base years, expense stops or gross-up.
  • You'd rather see prices and try it than request a quote.

Questions about Cornerhold and Re-Leased

Can I move from Re-Leased to Cornerhold?

Yes. The importer reads any spreadsheet, so rent rolls and ledgers in a spreadsheet come in, along with QuickBooks exports, lease PDFs, bills and bank files. It shows what it found before anything is saved.

Does Cornerhold connect to Xero or NetSuite?

No. Cornerhold keeps its own books. Live QuickBooks Online sync is coming; today you can import QuickBooks export files.

Is Cornerhold new?

Yes. Cornerhold launched in October 2026, so it has no long customer track record or public reviews yet. Owner and Owner Plus start with 14 days free, without a card, so you can try it on your own leases before you decide.

Is there a Cornerhold mobile app?

The iPhone app is built but isn't on the App Store yet. Until it is, the website works on a phone.

What if I leave Cornerhold?

Owners and admins can export the whole organization at any time: every record as JSON and CSV, every stored file, and a README that explains each table. It works on every plan, even when the account is read-only.
