M-1Product tour

The whole portfolio, on one set of sheets.

Ten sheets, one source of truth. Every module reads and writes the same properties, leases and ledger, every AI draft is blue until a person approves it, and every number links to its evidence.

Every building on one site plan.

The entities that own your properties, the properties, suites, tenants, vendors and documents, all linked. A Today page shows what needs a person, and Cmd+K finds anything.

  • Properties, suites and square footage
  • Contacts: tenants, vendors, owners, guarantors
  • Documents with preview and full text
  • Search and a command palette
