Your properties, finally in one place.
For individuals, families and small LLCs who own one to fifty commercial properties, mostly net leased: pads, medical offices, small strip centers, flex buildings. If today it's QuickBooks, a spreadsheet and a drawer of PDFs, this is for you.
A sample owner's portfolio
A fictional family portfolio, the same one every founding member can open on day one to try things before importing their own.
From five places to one.

05TodayThe renewal notice and the loan maturity live on a sticky note.
With CornerholdOne calendar of key dates, with warnings months ahead, on your phone.
Set up from what you already have.
No consultants and no data entry project. You bring the files; the AI reads them and drafts everything in blue; you check it and approve.
Bring your books
Drop in your QuickBooks file or export. Accounts, vendors and the last year of transactions come across, previewed before anything is saved.
Drop in the leases
PDFs or phone photos. Each becomes a draft abstract: rent, recoveries, options and dates, every answer with its page.
Check the blue
Look over what the AI drafted, settle anything the two readers disagreed on, and approve. Your stamp goes on it.
Open Today
Bills to approve, rent that's late, dates coming up. The same list on your phone.
Nothing important on a sticky note.
Renewal and termination notices, rent steps, insurance certificates, tax installments and loan maturities, on one calendar with warnings well ahead.
Recoveries billed right
CAM, taxes and insurance estimated monthly and reconciled at year end with the lease's own rules.
Loans watched
Maturity, coverage ratio and the refinance gap, before the bank calls you.

Owners ask
Do I have to stop using QuickBooks?
No. Start by importing from it and keep it as long as you like. Many owners move their property books into Cornerhold once they've checked the numbers side by side.
Can my CPA get access?
Yes. Invite them with the Accountant role (posts entries, closes months) or the Viewer role (reads everything, changes nothing). Reports also export to Excel, PDF and CSV.
My older leases are paper. Does that work?
Yes. Scan them or take photos with your phone; the text is read from the images and abstracted the same way, with page citations to the scan.
Is it worth it for one or two properties?
If a tenant pays you CAM, taxes or insurance, or you have a renewal or loan date you can't afford to miss, it usually is. We'll tell you honestly if it isn't.
Who sees my data?
You and the people you invite. Your data is kept separate from every other customer by the database itself, and the AI providers we use don't train on it. The security page explains how.
Help us draw the first set.
We are opening the product to a small group of owners and firms first. You get a guided import with our team and a direct line to the people building it. Pricing isn't set yet; we'll talk it through with you before you pay anything.
