A fictional firm with 3 centers for 3 owner clients and 33 leases, the demo every founding firm can open on day one.

M-3.1CAM at scale

Reconciliations your clients won't dispute.

The engine applies each lease's share, base year, cap, exclusions, gross-up and admin fee, and the checks flag capital items, duplicates and prior-year costs with their evidence. Your manager decides; the statement and backup package go out only after approval.

M-3.2Abstraction across the portfolio

Thirty tenants, every term cited.

Upload a center's leases at once. Two readers from different AI companies abstract each one, disagreements land on your staff's Today page, and the term stack shows every expiration and notice window across your clients.

  • Estoppel requests

Drafted from the approved abstract, for a person to review and send.

  • Insurance certificates

Tenant and vendor certificates tracked, with expiry warnings and portal uploads.

M-3.5Roles and approvals

The right hands on each stamp.

Managers run properties and draft bills; accountants post and close; viewers read. Portal users see only their own records. Every approval carries a name and a date, and every change is in the audit trail.

X-RRoles
7 roles
Owner
Everything, including billing and deleting the organization.
Admin

Property manager
Runs properties, leases, CAM and operations. Drafts bills; cannot post to the books.
Accountant

Viewer
Reads everything, changes nothing.
Tenant (portal)Portal
A tenant who sees only their own lease, charges, statements and work orders.
Owner client (portal)Portal
An owner client who sees only their own properties' statements, reports and documents.

Firms ask

How do owner clients fit in?

Each client's entities and properties sit in your firm's account with their own books. Clients get an owner portal with their statements, reports, budgets and documents, and see nothing else.

Can we keep our own reconciliation conventions?

Yes. Pools, admin fees, gross-up and caps follow each lease, and your firm's defaults fill anything a lease is silent on. Every choice is visible on the statement backup.

Can staff see only some properties?

Roles decide what each person can do. Property-level assignment is on the founding roadmap; tell us how your team is organized.

Can we have our own private environment?

Yes, on Enterprise: the same Cornerhold in a private, dedicated environment just for your company, with its own database, encrypted at rest and hosted in the United States. The other plans share one environment, where the database itself keeps each organization's records apart.

What happens to the AI's work if it's wrong?

Nothing, until a person approves it. Abstracts, bills and reconciliation drafts stay blue until someone on your staff checks and stamps them, and that stamp is recorded with their name and the date.
