How your data is kept separate, who can see it, and how support access works.
Your data stays yours
Each organization's records are kept apart at the database level: one organization can never read another's. Files are private and open only through short-lived links.
Signing in
Turn on two-step sign-in in Settings, Security. With it on, email links and codes can't get past the second step.
Support access
Our support team can't see inside your organization unless an owner allows it in Settings, Support access, for 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days. Every view is listed there with who and when, and the owner can turn it off at any time. Nobody on our team can sign in as you.
AI
AI providers process your documents only to answer your request, under agreements that don't let them train on your data. Subprocessors are listed on the legal pages.
