Export and deletion
Take everything with you any time; delete your account or your organization with time to change your mind.
Export your organization
Owners and admins: Settings, Data, Prepare a full export. You get one zip with every record as JSON and CSV, every stored file and a README that explains each table. We email you when it is ready; the download needs you signed in and the zip is kept for 7 days.
Your own data
Anyone: Settings, Your account, Download my data. One file with your account, devices, email settings, your private assistant conversations and the changes you made.
Delete your organization
- 1An owner opens Settings, Data, Delete this organization and types its name.
- 2It becomes read-only for 30 days. Everyone can still sign in, read and export; an owner can cancel.
- 3On day 30 the subscription is cancelled and every record and file is deleted for good. Backups age out within 35 days.
Delete your account
Settings, Your account, Delete my account (or in the iPhone app). You are signed out everywhere and AI apps are disconnected at once; after 14 days your sign-in and personal data are removed. Sign in before then to cancel. If you are the last owner of an organization with other people, make someone else an owner first.
