Set up your organization and bring in what you already have, in about ten minutes.
Your organization
Everything in Cornerhold lives in an organization: your family's holdings, your LLCs, or your management firm. When you sign up you choose "I own property" or "I manage for owners", name the organization and add a first property.
You can belong to more than one organization and switch between them from the top bar.
The getting started list
Today shows four steps until they are done. Each one ticks itself as soon as the data says so, whether you did it on the web or on your phone.

- 2Bring in your records: a rent roll, QuickBooks files or lease PDFs.
- 3Invite your bookkeeper, partner or team.
- 4Connect ChatGPT or Claude, if you use them.
Looking around first
A brand new organization can turn on sample data: a fictional LLC, a strip center, a dental pad and four tenants. Every sample name ends in (sample), and a banner reminds you it is on. Wipe it in Settings, Data before you bring in your own records.
Drafted by AI, checked by people
Anything the AI drafted is shown in blue until a person approves it. Approving puts a stamp with your name and the date on it. Nothing is sent to a tenant, posted to the books or filed until someone says yes.
