ChatGPT and Claude
Ask about your portfolio in the chat you already use. Read only, and you choose which organizations.
Connecting
- 1In ChatGPT or Claude, add a connector and paste the address shown in Assistant, Connections.
- 2Sign in to your account when asked.
- 3Choose which organizations the app may read, and allow it.
What it can do
Read your rent roll, leases, key dates, CAM status, budgets and search, with links back to the records. It can't change anything; drafts it prepares wait for a person in the app.
Cutting it off
Settings, Connected apps shows every app with access. Revoking takes effect on its next request. Resetting your password or signing out everywhere disconnects every app.
