Cornerhold is software that shows its work. Property management and accounting for commercial real estate. AI reads the leases and drafts the work, and a person approves every move.

## How it works

1. It reads: Lease PDFs, rent rolls, QuickBooks files, invoices and bank files. Two AI readers abstract each lease, and a person settles any field where they differ.
2. It drafts: Lease abstracts, charges and credits, work orders and letters to tenants. Anything the AI drafts stays blue until a person approves it.
3. A person approves: One tap approves exactly what is shown, with that person's name and the date on it. Nothing goes to a tenant, the books or a filing before then, except letters someone set a rule to send.
4. Everything is cited and logged: Each lease answer quotes the lease with its page, each CAM line traces to its invoice and lease clause, and the audit trail records every change.

- Your data stays yours: The AI companies we use will not train their models on your data, and an owner can export everything at any time.
