Tenants see their own lease, balance and requests; owner clients see their properties' statements.
Tenants
Invite a tenant contact to the portal. They see only their own lease, charges, statements and work orders, can file a request with photos, and can upload their insurance certificate.
Owner clients
Firms invite the owners they manage for. Owner clients see their own properties' statements, reports and documents, never another client's and never staff notes.

People in the portal reach the firm that manages their space, not our support team.
